Terms & Conditions - Ziggta Private Limited

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with or using Ziggta Private Limited's services, including but not limited to IPTV/OTT System Integration, Data Center & Exchange Setup, Technology Consultancy, Electronics Trading, and Smart City solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Scope and Obligations

Ziggta Private Limited provides system integration, technology consultancy, infrastructure setup, and trading services to businesses, MSOs, ISPs, government entities, and other organizations. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding project requirements, technical specifications, and timelines. The Company will deliver services as per agreed specifications, timelines, and commercial terms outlined in project proposals or contracts.

3. Payment Terms

Customers must pay all charges associated with the agreed services as per the payment schedule outlined in the contract or invoice. Payment terms may vary by project and will be communicated clearly. Delayed payments may result in project suspension, interest charges, or termination of services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Service Delivery and Support

The Company will make best efforts to deliver services within agreed timelines. However, delays caused by force majeure events, third-party dependencies, regulatory approvals, or Customer-caused delays shall not be the responsibility of the Company. Post-implementation support and maintenance terms will be defined separately in service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All intellectual property, designs, documentation, and proprietary information provided by Ziggta Private Limited remain the property of the Company unless explicitly transferred. Customers agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during project execution. Similarly, the Company commits to safeguarding Customer data and business information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ziggta Private Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery, system failures, or third-party component issues beyond the Company's control. Liability is limited to the value of the specific project or service contract.

7. Warranty and Equipment

Equipment and products supplied by the Company come with manufacturer warranties. The Company facilitates warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer-related issues. Custom-built solutions are warranted for the period specified in the contract.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per contract terms. Early termination by the Customer may result in charges for work completed and expenses incurred. The Company reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of contract.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website, and continued engagement with services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
